Our Original Dry Rub is composed of a mix of carefully selected dry seasonings and spices, which are used to season and create a crispy and more flavorful crust on the meat.

CantaGallo Dry Rub is a versatile and practical product, both for more complex preparations and for everyday use. It pairs very well with poultry, pork and beef proteins.

How to use: Sprinkle a generous amount of the seasoning on the meat, rub it in well and let it sit for at least 30 minutes before roasting or grilling. The longer it rests, the more the meat will absorb the flavors and aromas.
