It's a blend of beans from coffee-growing regions of Brazil, specially developed for grinding and extraction in machines. It's a full-bodied, aromatic coffee with a medium roast, finishing with a velvety texture and a thick hazelnut-coloured crema.
Preparation Method: For 1 espresso: 7g of coffee For 2 espressos: 14g of coffee.
The choice of grind is important for the consistency and formation of the crema. Grind only the amount to be consumed at the moment.
By following the correct proportion of coffee for each cup, you will achieve the perfect Espresso.
Recommendations: Keep the equipment clean and well-adjusted for proper grinding of the beans. Ideal extraction time: between 20 seconds and 30 seconds
Pump pressure: 9 atm
Storage: Keep in a dry and cool place. After opening, keep the package tightly closed, away from strong odours, and consume preferably within 30 days.
