Next Working Day Delivery (available Monday* to Friday) is available to mainland UK on orders placed before 5pm. For orders placed between 5pm on Friday and 5pm Monday, or over a bank holiday please allow an extra working day for delivery.

*Please note that orders can’t be guaranteed for Monday delivery.

For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands deliveries may take an additional 1-2 working days.

As per our terms & conditions agreed when ordering via our website  – we shall not be liable for any delays to the delivery of products ordered caused by circumstances out of our control by the delivering third party. No refunds will be issued for Mundial professional knives or delayed delivery services paid for unless orders are lost by the delivering company.

Our courier DPD is experiencing high levels of delays. We cannot currently guarantee next day delivery, and some areas of the country are experiencing even further delays. Please order by 20th December for delivery before Christmas. We apologies for the delays that are outside of our control. We are continuing to dispatch orders promptly from our warehouse.
